General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system and provides a five stage cleaning process. The system utilizes ultrasonic wash and rinse followed by a second wash and rinse with ultrasonic power in stages one, three and four (WRWRD). Cleaning detergent is in tanks one and three. The fifth stage is a separate hot air dryer console. Parts are manually transported through the wash, rinse and dry process. System can be configured with stages as WWRRD as well. 

System Layout:
The equipment is stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tanks and a stainless steel countertop. The ultrasonic generators are located within the frame. All the controls are located so they can be accessed from the front of the console.

Dimensions:
The wash console, stainless steel console with overall dimensions of 61" (L to R), 22" (F to B), and 38" High. Reference drawing number 15C400-401 Rev. B for details.

The dryer console, stainless steel console with overall dimensions of 44" (L to R), 22" (F to B), and 38" High. Reference drawing number 15C400-401 Rev. B for details.

Stage 1 - Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank
  • Tank dimensions 11W x 14"L x 11"D with a 10" working depth
  • 500 Watts, 40kHz bottom mounted ultrasonic transducers
  • 500 Watts, 40kHz ultrasonic sweep generator with Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) filter
  • 500 Watts thermostat controlled heat
  • A 3 GPM recirculation pump and filter system with a 10 micron filter
  • 3/4 drain (1/4 turn ball valve)
Stage 2 - Tap water rinse tank
  • Tank dimensions 11W x 14"L x 11"D with a 10" working depth
  • 500 Watts thermostat controlled heat
  • 3/4 drain (1/4 turn ball valve)
Stage 3 - Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank
