General:
This dryer is designed as a companion to the 20 gallon ultrasonic wash/ rinse system. Parts are manually transported through the wash, spray rinse / immersion and dry process.

System Layout:
The equipment is stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tank, and a stainless steel frame, and countertop.

Dimensions:
Dryer overall dimensions are 32" L-R x30" F-B x 36" H

Equipped as follows:
Recirculation Hot Air Dryer
  • Tank dimensions 24" L-R x 16" F-B x 14" D. Fabricated from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel
  • Overall dimensions 32" L-R x 30" F-B x 36" H
  • 3,000 watts heat, with 1000 cfm blower
  • Nominal drying temperature 160º F to 170º F
  • Thermostat control, and high temperature safety
  • Digital temperature controller
  • Includes stainless steel lift-off cover
  • Drain 3/8 tubing to rear of console
