General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system. The system provides for a two stage cleaning process. The system utilizes water and detergent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The rinse station is immersion rinse tank. Parts are manually transported through the wash, rinse process.

System Layout:
The wash/rinse console has a 304 stainless steel exterior frame and countertop with 316L stainless steel tanks. The ultrasonic generator is located within the frame of the wash console. The controls are designed so that they can be accessed from the front of the console. Access to the console interior is via sliding high-density polypropylene plastic sliding panels. The drain valves are located behind panels.
Optional drip pans are located on the right and left side of console.

Dimensions:
The wash / rinse console is all stainless with overall dimensions of approx. 41" (L to R), 23" (F to B), and 39" High.

Equipped as follows:
Stage 1 - Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank
  • Internal dimensions 11"W x 14"L x 11"D with a capacity of 6 gallons
  • Heavy duty, 14 gauge, 316L stainless steel construction, double TIG welded
  • 500 Watts of "Simultaneous Multi-Frequency™" ultrasonic cleaning power (1000W peak)
  • 6 "Vibra-bar®" transducers, 12 piezoelectric (PZT) stacks mounted to tank bottom
  • 500 Watts of heat controlled by an adjustable thermostat
  • 3/4" drain, heavy duty ball valve, sloped bottom for easy draining
  • polypropylene lift off cover
Stage 2 - Immersion rinse tank (non-ultrasonic)
  • Internal dimensions 11"W x 14"L x 11"D with a capacity of 6 gallons
  • Heavy duty, 14 gauge, 316L stainless steel construction, double TIG welded
  • 500 Watts of heat controlled by an adjustable thermostat
  • 3/4" drain, heavy duty ball valve, sloped bottom for easy draining
  • 3/4" overflow plumbed to drain
  • 1/2" fill port (allows open loop rinsing capability)
  • polypropylene lift off cover
