Description:
Ultrasonic Power Corporation, custom, industrial, ultrasonic flow through cylinder with the following specifications:
·         316 L schedule 40 pipe with transducers bonded and wired  (refer to UPC drawing 12C291)
·         Pipe will have flanges and protective covering as per drawing
·         2000 Watts of “Simultaneous Multi-Frequency™” ultrasonic power
·         24 “Vibra-bar®” transducers, 48 piezoelectric (PZT) stacks
·         Four (4) high temperature coaxial cables 20 feet long (for connections to generators)
Two (2) 1000 Watt, 40 kHz, Model 5300, ultrasonic generator, generator includes the following features:
·         Sweep circuitry, 4kHz sweep (sweep rate 300 Hz)
·         Power intensity control (PIC)
·         “Simultaneous Multi-Frequency™” ultrasonic cleaning power
·         Automatic short/ open protection
·         1000 watts average output and 2000 watts peak power output
·         Includes radio frequency interference filters (RFI)
·         High efficiency generator circuit, meets all FCC requirements
·         On/off switch & red indicator light
·         Constant output <5% variation with input voltage
·         Power requirements 240 VAC, 6A (120VAC, 11A available)
